New build property in Gower AONB
SA3 – Old Kittle Road.
Starki was appointed to undertake planning services and design for a new build property in Bishopston on behalf of a private client.
We developed a brief with the client, surveyed the site, and developed a design which met with both the clients requirements and planning services LDP, supplimentary planning guidance and Gower AONB’s specific design guidance.
Our in-house planning consultants helped to define a complex boundary issue and develop a rationale for an earlier outline proposal to be reprised and approved, allowing a new build property to be proposed under Swansea’s revised LDP.
