We undertake non-domestic projects which are regularly developed in-house, initially as feasibility studies, with the intention of pursuing schemes which we believe would truly benefit our communities and add to our growing portfolio of works. We also work with clients to design larger schemes including retail, leisure, offices, industrial, healthcare and education. We are a selective firm, qualifying clients who have expressed an interest in working with us only when we have determined the project’s suitability by conducting a Needs & Options Review.
Our post-occupancy services form part of our value-added services, providing service-leading architectural, reactive and practical maintenance for sites and buildings with either a demanding or no building manual. Our extensive framework of approved contractors form the backbone of our intensive management services that are led by a team of highly skilled and qualified architectural professionals.
