Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to junior architects and project teams.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop and refine project briefs, designs, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and integrate them into project designs and strategies.
  • Actively seek out and develop new client relationships and business opportunities to expand the practice’s project portfolio and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification as an Architectural Technologist.
  • At least 5 years of post-professional qualification with relevant experience.
  • Possession of FRIBA, ARIBA, FCIAT or MCIAT, or ability to work towards Chartered Status.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building regulations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
