Our client approached us with a brief to develop outline plans for a new dwelling, sited on a plot of land located close to their existing property.

The plot had been used as a storage site and is located in a predominantly residential area.

We undertook surveys of the property and worked alongside approved consultants to develop a suitable design for a detached property with suitable access arrangements.

Along with Planning Support Documents, we developed detailed plans, elevations and location drawings for the proposed scheme at an outline stage.
